The RDF Saginaw Valley Track Club was started by former Big Ten champion Ricky Flowers. Ricky is a 1976 Saginaw High graduate. He competed in track and field at Michigan State University and at one time was ranked 3rd in the world in the 300m dash. He is a Big Ten champion in the 400m and 200m dash.
